Level 3 Printmaking
Subject Description
Teacher in Charge: Ms K. Grieve.
‘Printed matter’ is everywhere in our daily life, from the receipt at the supermarket to a entry ticket for an event. Level 3 Printmaking uses ink to develop printed matter that communicates ideas connected to a proposition; an interest or passion that the student has. Students will develop an understanding and skill set in various print techniques and methods to produce a body of work for a portfolio. These skills are transferable to a range of Vocational Pathways in the Creative Industries. Each student will be assessed in approximately 20 credits from the menu of standards available.
