Level 3 Digital Technology (3DGT)
Subject Description
Teacher in Charge: Mr N. Bouterey.
The aim of this course is to provide students with an opportunity to create a student-initiated and student-driven project. This is a large project and is worked on over the period of three terms.
It will require students to empathise and define an issue which they use as the basis to create a proposal for a project. Students then will undertake a design thinking process to research, plan, develop a design for the project. They will then create the outcome, test to make sure it works, make further changes and continue to refine it. The internal work create will contribute towards an external submission.
