Subject Description

Teacher in Charge: Mrs J. Woller.

This course is a mixture of practical work and theoretical/analytical contexts where students are encouraged to sit at least one external. Students choose approximately 20 credits from a menu of standards on offer and are expected to be learning an instrument or singing to take this course. 

Preferred Prior Learning

This course is not designed for beginner musicians. If entering the course for the first time, at least three years of private or itinerant music lessons is essential and an ability to read music fluently is recommended.
